Team SA, are proud to announce another great win. It is now offical that we will be looking after the brave men and women of the QLD Ambulance Service and will be adding them to our ever growing stable of leading companies.







It has been a long process (8 months) but the sales team at SA have finally been given the green light. QLD Ambo's were looking for a manufacturer with the flexibility and resources to construct a very complex name badge but who could also offer online ordering, payment on order and a service level second to none. All at a regional level.

After months or negotiations and R&D meetings the deal was finally signed yesterday.


Ambulance services in Queensland began in 1892. On September 12 of that year the first meeting of the City Ambulance Transport Brigade was held. The first ambulance station in Queensland operated out of the Brisbane Newspaper Company and officers on night duty slept on rolls of newspaper on the floor. They had a stretcher, but no vehicle and transported patients on foot.



The service as we know it today was formed on July 1, 1991 when 96 individual Queensland Ambulance Service Transport Brigades (QATB) amalgamated into one organisation. Queensland Ambulance Service. The result is an ambulance service that is the fourth largest in the world.
