Good Morning Graham,  I would like to take a few moments of your time if I may to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I have experienced recently when dealing with your company.  Recently I was asked to follow up on an order for 270 name badges we placed last year with another supplier. In short and from my experience as a sales person, I felt that I should not have to chase an order that my department had placed several months ago, and hence began to source alternative suppliers. It was at this time when I received a telephone call from an email I had sent to various organisations in name badge industry requesting estimations.
