Signal Advantage,Australia’s leading supplier of name badges and identification products has had a very sucessful year. We have introduced over 350 new clients to our ever growing stable and over 20% of these are grade A leading retail and corporate brands.

We also launched a number of new product lines and have really hit our stride with our e-marketing and online campaigns, setting up both Facebook and Twitter sites. We have been smashing all previously set records with reference to number of units shipping on and right first time. Sales Revenue has played a major part in the companies continued growth over the last 12 months and Simon and his team have produced some fantastic results. 

The production team have been busy sending out all these badges again smashing all previously set records for right first and on time orders. Hats off to Mal and the team for their sterling efforts. Kim has been chasing money (one of the most important parts of running a name badge business) and retaining the companies cashflow, well done.    

A special mention has to go out to all the departments involved in running this business. Production, Shipping, Sales and Accounts. The team here is strong they work together and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer and after sales service.

Year 2010/11

So what does the next 12 months have in store. I know that we will be continually adding to our product portfolio and our R&D team are poised to hit the big oversea’s trade shows later this year. The teams will work together in maintaining our position as Australia’s leading supplier. We will be looking to take on some new people and I am sure lots of other exciting developments, that’s part of the adventure.
