Customer Satisfaction Survey Results -Name Badge Products - May 2010

Dear Valued Customers and Prospective Customers

 I am delighted to share our recent results from our new customer survey for name badgeproducts conducted in early May 2010.   98% of our new customers would be happy to refer us to a friend or colleague which is how we ultimately measure against our vision to be a national leading provider of name badge products, services and solutions.    The other 2% of not satisfied customers have been contacted and we are working on solutions to our processes and systems to stop these “glitches” becoming an obstacle of next time and for all of our customers going forwards.       We have had a great run in production in terms of on time delivery,  for the last four months we have shipped 100% of all orders on or before time and are running at 99.24% of these orders being right first time.    The production team led by Mal has seen the benefits of their investments in changing our work process as the business grows and our goal is to make one system improvement per week to keep the team ahead of the “8 ball” to ensure we keep growing and more importantly retaining our name badge customers.       We have also reported a record number of over 69% of orders being received via our online ordering site - SOL’ID for the month of April 2010.   This web 2 workbench solution has been upgraded to a new version which now allows our clients to pay on line to take the delays out of the invoicing and payment process which ultimately led to delays in the service levels.    Franchise organisations that want to ensure their franchisees are badged in line with their corporate identity are loving the solution , as it takes away costs at head office in stocking products and the costs at head office to process these high importance however low cost items.   SOL’ID allows us to ship all name badges in 2 working days, direct to the franchisee and to manage the payment process in one procedure.

As we celebrate our 3rd birthday and our name badge business continues to grow,  I would like to thank the team at Signal Advantage who have made a difference and to all of our customers for their valued custom.
