We are pleased to welcome and announce the arrival of two new players into our sales and production teams.  In production Marina will be joining us on January 4 2010 as an additional player to help manage our growth of our name badge division.   Marina will have a key role in the quality team and we wish Marina all the best in her new role in the company.     In the name badge sales team,  we also welcome Lisa Jane as an additional member and Lisa Jane will also be joining on January 4 2010.   We would also like to wish Lisa Jane all the best in her new role.   As the business continues to grow its important we have the right people in the right positions and as the Commercial Director I am confident that we have found two more assets to help our business manage its growth.   We regard the investment in the staff as the highest priority to ensure we all have our energy arrows aligned with the companies vision to help us going faster on our adventure.   Signal Advantage is proud to have a proven track record in investment in training in addition to each team player having a personalised development planner.
