Mad March comes to hand - a great month and with one working day till the end of March we have smashed all records in terms of production, sales and right first time name badge orders.

Firstly I would like to congratulate the production team,  specifically to Mal, Bev and Marina for their efforts in the month.  We will produce double the quanity of name badges ever produced in a working month and I can only thank your dedication to giving our customers 100% satisfaction with the quality of our name badge products.   It’s gotta be red is the slogan for the month with the team producing over 9000 personalised name badges for Red Rooster,  100 % of these badges were shipped before time and right first time - a great advert for our investment in a company in technology and manufacturing plant and machinery as a business.   In addition to this we are also managing our daily production of name badges which again have hit a record high in terms of output units.  We really are working in line with our vision to be the national leading provider of name badge products, services and solutions that identify people and raise the value of our customers brands.    I cannot thank the production team enough for their efforts and look forward to continued success.

The name badge sales team are also on track for a record month,  well done to Lisa, Lauren and Simon for sharing with our customers their energy in providing the highest standards of customer service that makes be personally proud to be associated with.  The sales team has won some major new name badge clients in the month and we welcome these customers on board and look forward to supplying their name badges for many years to come.

 Our SOL’ID online ordering system has also been upgraded which now allows our customers to order branded name badges on line and process the payments on credit cards.  This does add value to those Franchise Companies that want their Franchisees to follow the brand guidelines however do not want to get involved in ordering the name badges or holding a stock at Head Office which costs time and money.  The new solution is up and running and we welcome Pandora Retail as our first client on board.   We look forward to more companies appreciating how SOL’ID can take away the costs and delays usually associated with ordering name badges and improving their customer service levels ensuring their team are always wearing a name badge at all times.

 We are also pleased to be associated as a sponsor for the Kododa Foundation this month plus our recent sponsorship of a soccer team playing at Runaway Bay Soccer Club here on the gold coast.  We enjoy sharing our success with our community and look forward to continued support in the community as our organisation grows.  We were also pleased to be invited to Mount Tamborine State School this month and present a leadership seminar to the Grade 7 Students,   I was personally amazed with the talented kids at the school and wish these future business leaders all the success in their chosen careers.
