As part of our vision to be the leading ID Product and Name badge supplier in Australia, We are proud to announce that we will be expanding our premises to cater for the continued growth we have experienced over the last 12 months since moving to our purpose built premises at the end of last year.   This phase two expansion was in our plans for year three however we have chosen to bring the upgrade forwards to ensure we continue to deliver 100% of our products right first time and on or before time as our company continues to move forwards.  “What does this mean to our valued customers?” The work will commence QLD time at midday on Friday 20 November, and we plan to be fully operational the following Monday (23 November).   From high noon onwards this Friday we will have a capacity to answer phones and support our customers however access to our internet/email system will be limited.   If any customer has any urgent questions after high noon then please ring as we will be able to give you the service you deserve.     This does not affect our valued SOL’ID customers and with some flexibility from our operational team we are confident there will be no “slipping” in our 2 working day service level targets.   We appreciate our customers being tolerate that we cannot guarantee a same day response for emails received on Friday afternoons.  In the event of any unforeseen dramas we will keep you updated.
