Firstly, I would like to thank you personally for your contribution to the success of the badges on line ordering system.   Since the launch in 2007 we have processed over 250 000 name badges on the system and have delivered over 99.5% of all orders on or before time which is a performance record we are proud of.   The average service level has also reduced from 3 working days to less than 2 working days during the same period, reaffirming our decision to invest in technology to take out delays in our process, improve the quality of service and customer shopping experience.The purpose of this communication is the keep you informed of forthcoming developments with the system.   Over the next 90 days we are phasing in a rebrand from Badges On Line to SOL’ID.  The reason for this being that the system is being re-engineered to allow processing of other personalized products in addition to name badges.   You will notice when entering the current system some subtle changes with the branding as we gradually update the ordering site.New Product Development and System EnhancementsWe are passionate as a business about building our range of products based on our customer requirements.  With this in mind and based on the last 6 months feedback we are planning to launch the following products that can be ordered via the SOL’ID system:
