I am delighted to share with you another record month at Signal Advantage in terms of achieved results by our name badge team.   Let start with sales,  the highest ever achieved sales number in our history for  name badge sales.  Our sales number was boosted by additional sales from our new product launches - metal badges and button badges and its a credit to our marketing team for showing innovation in designing campaigns  for these new types of badges that succeed.   Simon has led the team from the front and opened some key new accounts for the name badge division ,  companies.    Lauren has also over achieved her sales objectives for the month which again is a great peformance when considering her short time with the badge sales team.  We have opened some great new accounts and have a great pipeline of name badge business for the month of July which should give us a great start for the new financial year.

Now to Manufacturing who have achieved the maximum 99.13% of all orders being shipped on or before time of which 99.30% of those being right first time.  The teamwork in this function is really beginning to show as we are reaping the benefits of our investment in new technology and staff training which results in increased customer service levels and lower costs.  Considering the new name badge products launched ( button badges and metal badges) then this result is even better as we have designed new systems and processes to accomodate the new name badge ranges.   Well done to Mal, Bev and the rest of the team,  I know you may think that I am always “harping” on about taking delays out of the process and it will increase capacity and this can only be achieved by investing in technology, process and people.  I am pleased that you are now leading from the front and our name badge survey to new customers shows that  100% of pur new customers will refer us to their friends or colleagues which is how we measure our success as a company.

Finance also weighted in with some outstanding numbers,  we have welcomed Kim to the team who has shown some great results against the team budget.  Our average collection days for the month were 15% better than the prior month and our best peformance over the last 12 months.  Well Done Kim and thanks again for your valued support.

 Our continued investment in our award winning name badges on line “web to workbench” ordering system has seen a 2 fold increase in customers ordering direct their name badges via our custom websites.   We are not sitting back and have committed to further investment to improve the system based on our valued customers who have given us constructive feedback on how changes will improve their name badge shopping experience.

Rome was not built over night and we now have a great launch pad to send the signal advantage rocket higher into the sky.   A great month again and thanks to our valued customers and suppliers who have also helped us overachieve our business objectives and shared in our success.   Over the next few months we are aiming to increase our market share for our badge holders and badge lanyards plus introduce a new range of photo id badges that has been designed to make our customers lives easier !
