With just over 50% of the month complete the operations team is on target for achieving a record month for on time name badge orders - currently our peformance is sitting at 100% of orders being despatched on or before time which is a great acheivement.  Well Done to Mal and the production team for their dedication in providing our clients with first class name badges on time right first time.  This is “bang” in line with our vision of being the national leading provider of products that identify people and raise the value of customers brands.  This has been a great team effort and thanks again sharing our passion that by delivering right first time , on or before time then customers will come back which is how we measure our success as a company.
The metal badge range of products has also been unleased to the sales team and our existing customers,  the marketing plans will being in the New Year via traditional direct mail campaigns complemented by the web site being upgraded to include these products.  We look forward to sharing our extensive range of metal badges in the near future.

Following a recent sourcing trip to the far east we are also pleased to announce the price reduction on our badge lanyard product range.  These badge lanyards are now the most competatively priced in the country.  The product is 12mm thick, comes in three base colours, a safety breakaway is included as standard at no extra charge and the lanyard is fitted with a standard j hook fastening.  Please visit our Badge Lanyard web page for more information on pricing.  The lanyards have also been complemented by a range of six new Clearspec Wallets (Badge Holders) designed for customers to use with our award winning selfit software when instant personalisation is a must! 

We are also pleased to announce a recent sponsorship contract with Coomera Hope Island Cricket Club which allows continuous investment for Youth Cricket at the Gold Coast based Club for the current season.   As a company we remain committed to sharing our success with the local community even in this tough economic times. 

We are now preparing for our move to the new custom build premises based in Coomera on the Gold Coast - just behind Dreamworld !  We will keep you informed more when we know the exact dates for this event and our goal is to ensure we have a smooth move which allows us to continue to supply all customers within the agreed service levels.
