In line with our vison of being the national leading provider of name badges and name badge solutions,  we are pleased to publish our Customer Satisfaction Survey Results.  In summary , 98.5% of our customers were satisfied with the level of service received on shipped orders in May, June and July 08 and 92% of these customers would recommend us to a friend which is our key measure within the business that we focus on.   As we have all read,  70% of new business comes from existing customers and the purpose of the survey is to understand not only how we are performing as a company but more importantly to listern to how we can improve based on customer in thinking as opposed to telling our customers what we think they want.

I just wanted to let you know how exceptional the service was that Signal Advantage provided in delivering an order I placed for 235 name badges. The turnaround time required for the order was extremely tight (36 hours) and while I phoned around several other local supply companies only Signal Advantage could guarantee meeting the deadline.  With this, I would particularly like to acknowledge the staff I dealt with - Josie and Mal who were professional, reassuring and very efficient.
