98.5% Customer Satisfaction - Survey Results August 2008
In line with our vison of being the national leading provider of name badges and name badge solutions, we are pleased to publish our Customer Satisfaction Survey Results. In summary , 98.5% of our customers were satisfied with the level of service received on shipped orders in May, June and July 08 and 92% of these customers would recommend us to a friend which is our key measure within the business that we focus on. As we have all read, 70% of new business comes from existing customers and the purpose of the survey is to understand not only how we are performing as a company but more importantly to listern to how we can improve based on customer in thinking as opposed to telling our customers what we think they want.
I have enclosed below some of the responses from our customers who ordered our name badge solutions.

Just a quick note to thank you for your help with our lanyard order. I haven’t actually seen the finished product yet, but the program manager they were produced for is very happy with them and has promised to send one to me for my ‘show and tell’ file! I just wanted to let you know how exceptional the service was that Signal Advantage provided in delivering an order I placed for 235 name badges. The turnaround time required for the order was extremely tight (36 hours) and while I phoned around several other local supply companies only Signal Advantage could guarantee meeting the deadline.
