Name Badge Peformance Update - Jan 2010
We have now dusted off the cobwebs from our extended break for Santa and the New Year celebrations and are back into the thick of the action. There were some outstanding performances in the name badge sales team for January and congratulations for both Lisa and Lauren for overachieving against their objectives for the month - A flyer for quarter 3 hey girls! In addition, Lauren has won the incentive based on sales of name badges for the month and will be enjoying her weekend break as a well deserved prize for her efforts in winning the competition. The name badge production team is now complimented by Marina joining the team and I would like to congratulate the team for not only their performance but the way in which we have organised our new production area completed just before Christmas. I am pleased that as a team you have pride in the appearance of our factory and this does result in us being more efficient as a company and as part of giving the customers the service they deserve. Chinese New Year is around the corner so its important we communicate this to our valued customers and new enquiries for our products (more specifically name badge lanyards and metal badges). As a director of the business , I am leading new initiatives that are now focussing on further process improvements to our operational system/process , looking at becoming more efficient and improving the quality of our service and name badge products is key to our future success. We are planning to invest further in some IT hardware to improve our production system and take out futher delays in our process the first quarter of 2010. I am also pleased to share another team member (Bev) completing their diploma in OHS for which the company has sponsored. We have invested in over 80% of our current team to further their development by completing their business certificates in their chosen subjects the last six months. As a company it is our belief that you need to invest in PEOPLE as PEOPLE do make a difference in companies.
I am also proud of what our company has acheived in terms of delvering 100% of our name badges early of on or before time the last quarter. This is a true team effort and I look forward to our continued success the next quarter.
